Job Description - Sample Development Executive - Home Textiles

We are looking for a creative and detail -oriented Sample Development Executive to coordinate and develop innovative home textile samples based on buyer requirements and market trends.

If you have strong experience in sampling, product development, and textile coordination, this is a great opportunity to grow in the home textile export industry ??

Key Responsibilities:

â Coordinate and manage sample development activities

â Develop samples as per buyer specifications & trends

â Work closely with merchandising, design & production teams

â Follow up on fabrics, trims, colors & product approvals

â Ensure timely sample submission and quality standards

â Maintain sample records, approvals & development timelines

â Coordinate with buyers for corrections and modifications

â Support product innovation and seasonal collection development

Requirements

Experience in Home Textile Sample Development / Merchandising

Knowledge of fabrics, stitching, trims & home textile products

Strong coordination and follow -up skills

Understanding of buyer requirements and product specifications

Attention to detail and quality standards

Good communication and teamwork ability

Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

Any Graduate / Textile -related qualification preferred
Experience in home textiles, exports, or textile manufacturing industry preferred
