Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail -oriented SEO Specialist (Fresher) to join our dynamic marketing team at SanBrains. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early -career professional passionate about digital marketing and search engine optimization. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online visibility, driving organic traffic, and supporting our digital growth strategy. You will be responsible for conducting keyword research, optimizing on -page and technical SEO elements, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with content and web teams to ensure alignment with SEO best practices. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands -on experience in a fast -paced, data -driven environment while contributing to the success of high -impact marketing campaigns. Your work will directly influence how our brand is discovered and ranked on search engines, making this a key role in our digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high -value opportunities.
Optimize on -page SEO elements including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content structure.
Assist in auditing websites for technical SEO issues (e.g., crawl errors, site speed, mobile responsiveness).
Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO -friendly blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
Track and report on key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink growth, and conversion rates.
Stay updated on algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure strategies remain effective and compliant.
Support the implementation of local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization.
Assist in building and managing backlink profiles through outreach and relationship -building.
Provide regular insights and recommendations for improving search engine rankings and user engagement.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including on -page, off -page, and technical SEO.
Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast -paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with content creation and digital marketing principles.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a collaborative team setting
