S&T/AFC Expert

Experience

• Minimum
  8+ years of comprehensive experience in Automatic Fare Collection (AFC)
  systems, covering design, backend development, implementation, operations,
  and maintenance
  
• Exposure
  to both closed -loop and open -loop AFC environments.
  

Domain
Expertise

• Strong
  hands -on expertise in AFC software, hardware, and backend systems.
  
• In -depth
  knowledge of backend development, transaction processing, reconciliation,
  and system interfaces.
  

Key
Responsibilities

• Implementation,
  configuration, and commissioning of AFC systems.
  
• Hands -on
  experience in AFC backend working and development activities, including
  configuration and customization
  
• Operation
  and support of Open Loop AFC systems, including bank card–based fare
  collection
  
• Experience
  in Bank Card–based AFC systems as per Government of India (GoI) guidelines
  
• Working
  knowledge and implementation experience of NCMC (National Common Mobility
  Card)
  
• Practical
  exposure to ABT (Account -Based Ticketing) architecture and workflows
  
• Monitoring
  and troubleshooting of OCC servers and central AFC backend systems
  
• Conducting
  software and hardware testing, validation, and system acceptance
  activities
  
• Supervision
  of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  
• Preparation
  and submission of technical reports and compliance documentation
