If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\u0101taka (IN-KA), India (IN).\n\nRole Overview\n\nThe SAP Development Lead oversees all SAP custom development initiatives, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions across ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and integration layers.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Lead a team of developers delivering custom solutions across SAP modules.\n * Define development standards, code review processes, and technical documentation.\n * Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.\n * Manage performance optimization, transport management, and release planning.\n * Mentor and guide junior developers and coordinate offshore teams.\n * Support technical design for integrations, extensions, and enhancements.\n\n\n\nRequired Skills\n\n * Expertise in ABAP (OO, CDS, BOPF, AMDP) and Fiori/UI5 development.\n * Experience with S/4HANA extensibility frameworks and BTP.\n * Strong understanding of SAP development lifecycle (ALM, CTS, GIT).\n * Excellent leadership and coordination skills.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.\n * 8+ years of SAP development experience with 2\u20133 years in a lead role.\n * SAP Certified Development Specialist preferred.\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
