SAP ABAP Consultant - HR Module

Job Title: SAP HR ABAP Development:

Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP HR ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements to meet business SAP HR modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll using ABAP programming language.

Data Migration:

- Work on data migration activities, ensuring smooth transfer and transformation of HR data.

Forms and Reports:

- Design and develop custom forms, reports, and outputs using SAP script and Smart Forms.

Enhancements and Modifications :

- Implement enhancements and modifications to standard SAP HR functionalities, ensuring compliance with business processes.

Integration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HR ABAP solutions with other SAP modules and external systems.

Performance Optimization :

- Optimize and troubleshoot performance issues in SAP HR ABAP programs and processes.

Security and Authorization :

- Implement and maintain security and authorization concepts related to SAP HR ABAP developments.

Documentation :

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ABAP developments, ensuring knowledge transfer and future support.

User Training and Support:

- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP HR ABAP functionalities.

Skills and Qualifications :

ABAP Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in ABAP programming language, specifically within the SAP HR module.

SAP HR Modules :

- In-depth knowledge of SAP HR modules, including PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll.

Forms and Reports :

- Experience with SAP script, Smart Forms, and other SAP reporting tools.

Integration Skills :

- Familiarity with integrating SAP HR ABAP solutions with other SAP modules and external systems.

Problem-solving :

- Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

Communication :

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management :

- Ability to work within project timelines and manage priorities effectively.

Education and Experience :

- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Previous experience in SAP HR ABAP development.

- Relevant certifications in SAP ABAP and SAP HR may be beneficial.
