• Roles & Responsibilities:
  Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.


• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable application solutions.


• Lead and manage team performance, driving accountability and excellence.


• Make informed technical decisions in collaboration with multiple teams.


• Solve complex technical problems impacting both your team and wider project teams.


• Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, promoting continuous learning.


• Continuously assess and enhance the performance, security, and usability of applications.


• Support and enhance existing applications through troubleshooting and performance tuning.


• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in SAP and application development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.


• Strong understanding of application design patterns and development methodologies.


• Experience with database management, performance tuning, and optimization.


• Familiarity with SAP integration tools and techniques.


• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management.

• Additional Requirements:
  Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.


• Proven ability to lead teams and drive decision-making across functions.


• Strong communication and analytical skills.
