Job Description - SAP ABAP HANA + EWM Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HANA Developer with strong EWM exposure to work on SAP implementation and support projects. The role requires deep ABAP technical expertise, hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA, and strong knowledge of EWM‑related developments and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and support SAP ABAP solutions for implementation and support projects with EWM domain exposure
Work extensively on custom developments, enhancements, and performance tuning
Design and develop ABAP objects using S/4HANA‑compliant concepts and best practices
Support interfaces and integrations involving EWM, IDOCs, APIs, and related SAP components
Collaborate with functional, integration, and business teams for issue resolution and enhancements
Provide production support, debugging, and root cause analysis
Participate in onsite engagements as required and support European time zone working hours

Required Skills & Experience

8–10 years of hands‑on experience in SAP ABAP development
Strong experience working on SAP Implementation and Support projects
Domain knowledge of SAP EWM, including related Function Modules
Excellent experience with:
- Data Dictionary Objects
- Classical, Interactive, and ALV Reports
- CDS Views
- BAPI, Function Modules
- Dialog Programming (Screens, Subroutines, Includes)
- Performance Tuning
Hands‑on experience with Enhancements:
- User Exits
- Enhancement Framework
- BADIs
Experience with Forms:
- SAP Scripts
- Smart Forms
- Adobe Interactive (Offline) Forms
Experience with Interfaces:
- ALE / IDoc
- APIs (REST / SOAP – good to have)
Strong experience working with S/4HANA new concepts
Good working knowledge of ABAP OO programming (OOPS)

Good to Have

Experience with SAP Fiori (preferred)
Exposure to REST / SOAP APIs
Prior experience supporting European time zone projects
Willingness to travel onsite as required

Job Title: SAP ABAP HANA + EWM Developer
Hiring Type: Contract – Full Time
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience: 8 – 10 Years
Compensation: Up to 22 lacs per annum (depending on experience).
