LOOKING FOR SAP ABAP HR CONSULTANT

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE :: 4 TO 6 Years 

JOB LOCATION :: MUMBAI

QUALIFICATION :: ANY DEGREE

SAP ABAP HR  4  years  Worked on atleast 1 end to end implementation project  Main Responsibilities

 Should be able to work independently on tickets assigned    

Should be able to mentor and guide junior resource with their tickets  

 Should be able to interact   communicate effectively with functional team    

Should be able to provide weekly reports and participate in weekly meetings with client technical SME and provide proper explanation for issues reported  

 Should be able to draft the Technical Specification document based on Functional requirements mentioned in Functional Specification  Competencies

 Strong knowledge on DDIC objects    

Strong ABAP HR Experience and module pool programming

    Should have worked with logical database and Infotype creation

   Hands on development experience on Workflows    Hands on development experience on ALE IDOC  

 Hands on development experience in ABAP OO programming  

 Hands on development experience in BADIs  User exits   BAPI s    Hand on development experience on Webdynpro ABAP  

 Hands on development experience on Smart Forms Adobe forms HR FORMS    Experience Profile  Should be flexible to work in shifts as per project requirement  

 Should be willing to stretch in case when priority tickets are due for completion    

Strong learning ability   agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments

  Experience on at least 1 implementation project is preferable  

 Experience on at least 1 support project with onshore offshore model  

 Extensive experience on ABAP HR  Workflows  ALE Idocs  ESS   MSS Web dynpro

    Experience on Personal Administration  Time Management  Organization Management  Payroll Country Specific  

 Good to have knowledge in success factors
