SAP ABAP Technical Team Lead

Requirements

• 8–10 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience
  


• Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
  


• Design and deliver custom SAP solutions including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows
  


• Conduct code reviews and quality checks to ensure optimized, maintainable, and scalable code
  


• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions
  


• Develop and support OData services, Fiori apps, CDS views, and AMDP procedures
  


• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and modern technologies
  


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SAP modules like MM, SD, and FI
  


• Oversee project deliverables, timelines, and deployment activities
  


• Provide technical leadership during system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation projects
  


• Stay current with evolving SAP technologies and drive continuous improvement within the team
  


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
  


• Expertise in classical and object-oriented ABAP, ALV reports, BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, and enhancements
  


• Strong working knowledge of OData services, SAP Fiori, CDS Views, AMDP, and API integrations
  


• Solid understanding of SAP core modules (MM, SD, FI) and their technical integration points
  


• Experience with ABAP performance tuning and code quality tools
  


• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies is a plus
  

• SAP ABAP Certification
  


• SAP S/4HANA Technical Certification (preferred)
