<p><b>Job Title </b>: <b>SAP ABAP HR Consultant</b><br/><br/><b></b><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/>The SAP ABAP HR Consultant is responsible for customizing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HR modules using the ABAP programming language. This role involves collaborating with HR functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet the organization's HR needs.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities </b>:<br/><br/>- Customize and enhance SAP HR modules using ABAP programming language.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects) within SAP HR.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with HR functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Perform system configuration and troubleshooting related to SAP HR modules.<br/><br/>- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.<br/><br/>- Provide support and assistance to end-users regarding SAP HR functionalities and issues.<br/><br/>- Stay updated with SAP HR technology trends and best practices.<br/><br/>- Document technical specifications, configurations, and development activities.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in IT or Related field.<br/><br/>- Proven experience (X years) as an SAP ABAP Developer with a focus on HR modules.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in ABAP programming language including ABAP Objects, Data Dictionary, BAPIs, and BAdIs.<br/><br/>- Experience with SAP HR enhancements using User Exits, Customer Exits, and Enhancement Framework.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with SAP HR data structures, schemas, and configuration.<br/><br/>- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.<br/><br/>- SAP ABAP certification (optional but preferred).<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development for HR applications.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HR solutions.<br/><br/>- Understanding of integration between SAP HR and other SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain).<br/><br/>- Knowledge of SAP HANA database and performance optimization techniques.<br/><br/>- Experience with SAP Solution Manager for managing development lifecycle.<br/><br/><b>Experience : 6+years</b><br/><br/><b>Location : Bangalore</b><br/><br/><b>Work Mode : Hybrid</b><br/><br/><b>(Immediate Joiners Only)</b></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
