As a SAP Analytics - SAC - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Leading the design and implementation of SAP data management and analytics solutions to meet client needs
- Analyzing client requirements and developing data models to support data-driven decision-making
- Creating visualizations and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud to enhance data insights
- Managing the integration and migration of data using SAP Data Integration and SAP Data Migration tools
- Overseeing data quality improvement plans to optimize data management processes
- Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools
- Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and develop tailored solutions
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of data-driven initiatives
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in SAP analytics
- Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics frameworks

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
- Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for strategic data visualization
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA data modeling and development
- Managing SAP data integration and migration projects
