If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a SAP Ariba Business Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon, Hary\u0101na (IN-HR), India (IN).\n\nRole Overview \nThe SAP Ariba Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring SAP Ariba solutions, and supporting procurement and sourcing processes. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to implement and optimize SAP Ariba modules.\n\nKey Responsibilities \nGather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement and sourcing. \nTranslate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs. \nConfigure and support SAP Ariba modules such as: \n1)Ariba Sourcing \n2)Ariba Buying \u0026 Invoicing \n3)Ariba Contracts \n4)Ariba Supplier Lifecycle \u0026 Performance (SLP) \n5)Ariba Catalog Management \nFacilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions. \nSupport integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4HANA. \nCoordinate with technical teams for CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) setup and testing. \nPerform system testing (SIT/UAT), defect management, and user training. \nProvide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations. \nPrepare documentation including BRD, FRD, test cases, and process flows.\n\nRequired Skills \nStrong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. \nHands-on experience with at least 1\u20132 SAP Ariba modules. \nExperience with SAP integration (ECC/S4HANA) via CIG. \nUnderstanding of procurement processes, supplier onboarding, and contract lifecycle management. \nAbility to write functional specifications and work with technical teams. \nExperience in UAT coordination and business stakeholder management.\n\nPreferred Qualifications \nSAP Ariba certification. \nExperience in global rollout projects. \nKnowledge of APIs, IDOCs, and integration concepts. \nExperience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\nSoft Skills \nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. \nAnalytical and problem-solving abilities. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\n#LI-NorthAmerica\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
