SAP Automotive Aftersales (Service) Functional Consultant

• Providing solution design, implementation, and support of aftersales-business processes including workshop, service, and integrations.
  


• Lead end-to-end SAP DBM / VSS implementations
  


• Configure service, workshop, parts, pricing and warranty processes
  


• Design and propose integrated VSS solutions aligned with business needs
  


• Perform debugging and guide ABAP development
  


• Prepare functional specifications and documentation
  


• Support integrations with omni-channel, OEM, and external systems
  


• Execute / run the process workshops with business team independently.
  


• Provide L2/L3 production support and handle enhancements
  

Requirements

• Highly skilled SAP Automotive Aftersales Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP IS-AUTO Dealer Business Management (DBM) and SAP Proaxia Vehicle Sales & Service (VSS) on the SAP S/4HANA platform including MSA, VHC 
  


• Experience in production support and system enhancements
  


• Minimum 3+ end-to-end implementations of SAP Dealer Business Management (DBM) and Vehicle Sales & Service (VSS)
  


• Debugging and troubleshooting
  


• Integration with SD, MM, FI/CO
  


• Functional specification preparation
  


• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Mathematics / Science.
  


• SAP certifications preferred.
  


• Strong ownership and accountability, excellent time management, strong communication and stakeholder management, problem-solving and analytical mindset
