Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Administrator to oversee the stability, performance, and security of our enterprise SAP landscape. This pivotal role involves managing cloud-hosted environments and ensuring seamless operations through robust administration of SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA databases. The successful candidate will drive system reliability, execute critical maintenance activities such as upgrades and refreshes, and provide high-quality Application Management Support (AMS) while strictly adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain SAP Solution Manager alongside various monitoring tools to ensure optimal system health.
Manage complex job scheduling processes and oversee incident resolution workflows, including user authorization protocols.
Support and optimize cloud-hosted SAP environments, ensuring high availability and data integrity.
Lead AMS support initiatives, managing SLA compliance and facilitating smooth SAP integrations across the ecosystem.
Conduct continuous performance monitoring and implement tuning strategies to maximize system efficiency.
Execute end-to-end SAP Basis administration tasks, including system installation, version upgrades, and refresh cycles.
Administer the SAP HANA database, ensuring data consistency and performance.
Oversee the Transport Management System (TMS) to facilitate secure and efficient movement of changes between development, quality, and production landscapes.

Requirements

Requirements:

Possess 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration within the IT Services sector.
Demonstrate proven expertise with SAP Solution Manager, monitoring utilities, and job scheduling mechanisms.
Show strong proficiency in incident management, authorization handling, and cloud-hosted SAP deployments.
Have a solid background in AMS support, SLA management, and managing SAP integrations.
Display advanced skills in performance monitoring, system tuning, and SAP S/4HANA administration.
Be well-versed in SAP HANA database administration, including installation, upgrades, and refresh procedures.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of Transport Management System (TMS) configurations and workflows.
