SAP Basis Consultant

Ability to troubleshoot ChaRM-related issues, manage retrofit scenarios, and ensure audit/compliance readiness. Strong hands-on SAP BASIS expertise. Experience with ChaRM implementation and support. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and professional attitude. Administration, configuration, and management of SAP systems and HANA database. System monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization across multiple SAP modules. SAP installations, upgrades, patching, transport management, and backup/recovery processes. Database management, primarily SAP HANA (knowledge of Sybase/MaxDB is an added advantage). Implementation and support of ChaRM (Change Request Management) within SAP Solution Manager. Managing end-to-end change management processes including creation, approval, testing, and deployment of changes. Troubleshooting ChaRM-related issues, managing retrofit scenarios, and ensuring audit/compliance readiness.
