Mandatory Skills for screening

System Monitoring

System Refresh

System Upgrade support

SAP Support issues

Must be ready to work in Second shift & for weekday & weekend actvities/on call support . (Critical)

Detailed Job Description

• SAP system monitoring/daily health check (Critical)

• Troubleshooting Performance issue (Critical)

• Support SAP upgrade /Maintenance activity

• SAP Note Implementation (Critical)

• Work on User incident /service request

• SAP system refresh Pre/Post (Critical)

• Handling Printer issues

• Good understanding of transport Management system

• Data Archiving Monitoring (Low)

• EWA report monitoring and analysis

• SLT related topics Start/Stop,Table replication, table settings, troubleshooting (Medium)

• Oncall/weekend support (Critical)
