As a SAP BODS - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to design and implement SAP data management and analytics solutions
- Developing data models and performing complex data analysis to support data-driven decision-making
- Creating visualizations and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI
- Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and optimize data management processes
- Providing training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools
- Enhancing data quality and developing data quality improvement plans
- Integrating data from various sources using SAP Data Integration and SAP Data Intelligence Cloud
- Managing data migration projects and confirming data security within analytics frameworks
- Utilizing data analysis software to derive valuable insights and inform strategic objectives
- Building meaningful client connections and mentoring junior team members in navigating complex situations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI)
- Utilizing SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling and Development
- Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting
- Leveraging data visualization tools for impactful presentations
- Applying analytical thinking to solve intricate business challenges
