SAP -BTP AI Automation

• Engage with client stakeholders to assess AI readiness and identify high -value use cases for Joule agents and skills
  
• Conduct discovery workshops to map business processes to Joule Skill vs. Agent patterns
  
• Recommend the right approach — Joule Skills for deterministic, single -step operations versus AI Agents for multi -step reasoning that requires planning, reflection, and tool selection — avoiding over -engineering.
  
• Produce solution design documents, effort estimates, and implementation roadmaps
  
  

• Build and deploy custom Joule skills and AI agents that extend the Joule co -pilot and optimize client -specific automation across SAP and non -SAP systems.
  
• Configure SAP BTP environments, destinations, action projects, and role collections for Joule Studio setup
  
• Design role -based AI assistants tailored to specific business functions such as finance, HR, supply chain, and operations. AIMultiple
  
  

• Deliver training sessions, handover documentation, and hyper care support post go -live
  
• Mentor junior team members and client IT staff on SAP Build and Joule Studio best practices
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of SAP consulting experience with at least 1–2 years hands -on with Joule Studio (Skill Builder & Agent Builder)
  
• Hands -on experience with SAP Joule Studio, including participation in at least one implementation, pilot, or proof -of -concept project.
  
• Experience with SAP Build Process Automation and enterprise workflow automation.
  
• Experience integrating SAP and non -SAP systems using REST APIs and OData services.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  
• SAP Data Sphere."Exposure to joule studio using data sphere "
  

• Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot integration and cross -platform agent interoperability with Joule AIMultiple
  
• Knowledge of SAP CAP, LLM concepts, or prompt engineering
  
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors AI features (job post creation, applicant shortlisting via Joule)
  
• SAP BTP, SAP Build, or SAP AI certifications
