SAP CFIN Manager

SAP CFIN (Central Finance) Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of the Central Finance solution, helping our clients achieve financial transparency and streamline their financial operations across multiple entities. Your expertise will guide organizations in integrating their financial data into a centralized system, enhancing reporting capabilities and decision-making processes.

As a SAP CFIN Manager, you will work directly with stakeholders to understand their requirements, oversee project teams, and ensure successful deployment of the CFIN solution. Your strategic input and leadership will contribute to the success of large-scale finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of the SAP Central Finance solution, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with finance teams to integrate and harmonize financial data from various source systems into the CFIN platform.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that objectives are met within budget and timeline.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to equip clients with the knowledge needed to utilize the CFIN solution effectively.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, addressing any concerns and providing expert guidance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP CFIN, with a proven track record of managing successful implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounting principles and reporting practices.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules is highly advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to drive financial performance.
