1. Solution Design and Architecture:
   
• Design and implement end -to -end solutions for SAP CO, including integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP) and external systems.
  
• Provide architectural guidance for S/4HANA migrations and greenfield or brownfield implementations.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies and ensure alignment with business processes and objectives.
  
2. SAP FICO Expertise:
   
• Configure and manage core SAP CO modules (Controlling, Profitability Analysis, and Product Costing).
  
• Develop and optimize financial closing processes, reporting frameworks, and consolidation systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  
• Project Leadership:
  
• Lead cross -functional teams in implementing SAP CO projects.
  
• Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver solutions within scope, timeline, and budget.
  
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
  
3. System Migration and Integration:
   
• Plan and execute migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring minimal business disruption.
  
• Design and implement integration strategies for third -party systems using APIs and middleware.
  
4. Continuous Improvement:
   
• Stay updated with the latest SAP CO and S/4HANA features and functionalities.
  
• Recommend and implement process improvements and innovations to enhance system performance.
  
• Conduct training and knowledge -sharing sessions for stakeholders
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Technical Expertise:
   
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms.
  
• Hands -on experience with system migration and transition strategies.
  
• Familiarity with ABAP debugging, FIORI applications, and CDS views is a plus.
  
2. Functional Expertise:
   
• In -depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules and their integration points with other SAP modules.
  
• Experience with financial reporting, cost control, and compliance frameworks.
  
3. Project Experience:
   
• Successfully delivered multiple SAP implementations and upgrades.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large -scale projects.
  
4. Soft Skills:
   
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Analytical thinking and problem -solving abilities.
  
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  
5. Education and Certification:
   
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
  
• SAP FICO and S/4HANA certifications are highly desirable.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, or food & beverages.
  
• Familiarity with SAP BTP integration and cloud -based solutions.
  
• Exposure to WRICEF developments and other SAP enhancement frameworks.
