Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Concur Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Cognos reporting. The ideal candidate will possess proven team leadership skills and should not come from an auditing background. This role involves strategic process management, reporting, and team oversight within a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  Lead the SAP Concur platform operations with a focus on Expense Management, Travel, and Invoice modules.

  Manage and optimize Cognos reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.

  
  


• 
  

  Guide and mentor a team of SAP Concur analysts, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure compliance with business policies.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain the integrity of data flowing through the SAP Concur system and associated reporting layers.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within expense management processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Act as a point of contact for issue resolution and system escalations.

  
  

✅ Required Qualifications:

• 
  

  5 to 7+ years of experience in SAP Concur implementation/support and Cognos Reporting.

  
  


• 
  

  Must have prior team handling experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Should come from a non-auditing background.

  
  


• 
  

  Deep knowledge of SAP Concur platform functionalities (Expense, Invoice, and Travel).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong expertise in Cognos BI reporting, including report creation, modification, and troubleshooting.

  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and drive team efficiency.

  
  

Preferred Skills:

  SAP Concur certification(s) is a plus.

  Experience in global SAP rollouts or enterprise-level implementations.

  Understanding of corporate expense policies and compliance frameworks.
