We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Specialist to join our technology and finance transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Concur solutions, particularly in Travel, Expense, and Invoice modules. With hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth expense management processes, compliance with company policies, and seamless integration with other financial systems. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, process understanding, and stakeholder management to optimize the use of SAP Concur across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration:
• Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP Concur Travel, Expense, and Invoice modules.
• Configure system workflows, approval processes, expense types, and policy rules to align with business requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of Concur with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• System Administration & Support:
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Concur.
• Provide first- and second-level support for end users regarding expense reporting, approvals, and system usage.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy across travel and expense reports.
• Process Optimization & Compliance:
• Review and streamline travel and expense policies within Concur to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies, tax regulations, and financial controls.
• Work with finance and audit teams to provide necessary reporting and documentation.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Design and deliver standard and custom reports to provide insights on expense trends, spend patterns, and policy adherence.
• Provide dashboards and analytical support to leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency and compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
• Liaise with SAP Concur support for issue resolution, system upgrades, and new feature adoption.
• Train end users and provide guidance to ensure effective system utilization.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on SAP Concur product enhancements, releases, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within travel and expense management.
• Drive adoption of mobile and digital features of SAP Concur to enhance user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with SAP Concur (Travel, Expense, and Invoice modules).
• Strong knowledge of expense management processes, policy configuration, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with system integration between Concur and ERP platforms.
• Proficiency in reporting and data analysis within SAP Concur.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Prior experience in global organizations with multi-country Concur deployments is preferred.
