SAP Consultant EHS - India, All

Our client has implemented the SAP S/4 HANA solution and has launched a major one ERP program to implement SAP S/4 HANA, and is looking for consultants for post go-live support who can perform the following activities :

• To provide rapid delivery of application support to ensure smooth operations on the ERP with reliable solutions at a quick turnaround time.
• Provide hypercare support for one-ERP go-live
• To identify the root causes of issues by analysing patterns and trends.
• Ensure business transition from Legacy to SAP ERP systems is as smooth as possible through maximum  utilization, problem resolution and effective communication
• Hand-hold users during hypercare and answer all how-to questions.
• Analyse issues reported by users and triage to respective support teams for solution
• Conduct Floorwalks and support users to use the system and assist them
• Reiterate on-going support resources and training opportunities.
• Communicate findings, issues, and user feedback to project leads and stakeholder(s).
• Add value to the implementation of SAP by enabling users to optimize usage of the system by offering business expertise, knowledge and advice.
• To perform process improvement and gap analysis on current implementation and effect positive changes to the business processes.
• Enable business users to grow their capability in the organization by providing knowledge transfer, documentation and training.
• Ensure that SAP Best Practices are adhered to and followed
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
• Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure.

Roles & Responsibilities 

Demonstrate expertise in requirement gathering, gap analysis, business process mapping, blueprinting, functional specifications preparation, training manuals and configuration related documentation, configuration, testing, training and support.

Apply SAP ABAP debugging skills, and support production issues (both L1 and L2) in SAP – HSE. Working on RICEFW and minor enhancements will be expected

Test the changes in both development and quality environment before moving the changes to the Production Environment.

Provide support for the majority of the modules listed below, as well as configuration of HSE Modules, as well as configuration & mapping of various documents in these HSE domains:

• Environmental Protection (Emission, Energy & Wastewater Management)
• Waste Disposal
• HSE Competency Assurance (incl. EHS Regulatory Requirements Definition and Management Process)
• HSE Management System / Procedures / Policy
• HSE Planning, Performance, and Strategy (EHS Regulatory Requirements Definition and Management Process, EHS Reporting)
• Manage Product Safety (Hazardous Material Management Process)
• Occupational Hazard & Personal Safety (Operational Safety)
• Occupational Health (incl. Food & Water) & Industrial hygiene
• Plan & Manage EH&S Loss Prevention & Emergency (Job Hazard Analysis, Incident Management Process)
• Technical and Process Safety
• HSE Risk Management
• Loss Prevention and all HSE Studies (Process Hazard Analysis, Management of Change, Risk Management, Manage Safety Critical Equipment)
• Transportation Safety (Air, Marine, Land)

Desired Skills and Experience 

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
• Candidate should possess good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, FIORI Applications, in all area of SAP
• Experience in Business/Solution Architecture, SAP FICO Consulting & Configurations, Integration, Support & Lead Consultant, Project Lead, Project Manager etc.) Ability to multitask and manage multiple  deliverables and projects at the same time
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness attitude
