Job Description - SAP Consultant - Recruitment & Onboarding Modules

Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled SAP RCM (Recruiting Management) and ONB (Onboarding) Consultant to join our HR technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules. This role involves collaborating with HR stakeholders to understand their recruitment and onboarding needs, configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth and effective recruitment and onboarding processes.Key Responsibilities :Implementation and Configuration :- Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules.- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB solutions to meet specific business requirements.- Conduct system integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.- Facilitate successful data migration and go-live activities.Business Analysis and Support :- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB functionalities.- Provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors best practices for recruiting and onboarding.- Offer ongoing support to resolve issues, answer queries, and optimize system performance.- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize the effective use of the SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB modules.Process Optimization :- Analyze current recruitment and onboarding processes and identify opportunities for improvement.- Develop and implement strategies to optimize recruitment workflows, candidate experience, and onboarding processes using SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Documentation and Reporting :- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user manuals.- Generate and analyze reports to support HR decision-making and evaluate recruitment and onboarding performance.- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.Qualifications :Experience :- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding modules.- Proven experience in managing SAP SuccessFactors projects from initiation to completion.- Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central).Technical Skills :- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules.- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus.- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (e.g., SAP CPI) is preferred.- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics tools.Soft Skills :- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
