Job Description - SAP CRM Consultant

Provide support and maintenance for SAP applications, focusing on SAP CRM/SAP Marketing solutions and other services that enable using customer's data in client retention and marketing processes Monitor application performance and ensure uninterrupted service delivery to internal users. Handle incident and change management, responding promptly to user-reported issues and requests for enhancements. Conduct training sessions for non-technical colleagues to facilitate their understanding and effective use of CRM tools. Collaborate with product teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving continuous improvement. Actively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and assess the effectiveness of current processes. Utilize your knowledge of e-mail marketing tools and CRM applications to support marketing initiatives and customer retention efforts. Challenge the status quo to identify opportunities for innovation and improved efficiency within the team. Proven experience with CRM applications, preferably SAP CRM and SAP Marketing solutions. Familiarity with e-mail marketing tools and their integration with CRM systems. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A genuine passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
