Position Description:

Provide Solution delivery and production support for SAP - CRM projects in SAP Process Orchestration (PO / XI) space - Excellent SAP PO / XI development skills - Good Experience in SAP PO / XI Adapters / BPM / Java Coding -Knowledge of agile development practices -Experience in application support -Should be a team player with good communication skills

Skills Required:

Position Responsibilities • Design and develop solutions in the SAP CRM - PO components • Provide production support for the delivered solutions • Technical co-ordination with CRM functional teams • Ensure appropriate security and control processes are adhered to (e.g. System Control Review Program (SCRP), Application Control Review (ACR), and audit follow-up). • Effectively communicate with customer, completes action items on a timely basis and escalate to relevant stakeholders, wherever required • Resolve the incidents raised by adhering to Critical Success Factors (CSF)/Key Performance Indicators (KPI) • Utilizes appropriate Ford processes • Use or create necessary documentation for day-to-day operations • Support management with operational metrics.
