Job Role

• Creating Cutover Plans and aligning with different parties for a brownfield conversion in a scaled environment
• Knowledge about brownfield conversions and the different steps, which requires a good basis understanding
• Knowledge about RISE and infrastructural setups
• Stakeholder management to put up the cutover plan
• Executing the cutover plan as the command center and cutover manager on duty

Skills and Knowledge required

• Minimum 3 cycles of brownfield conversion and/or SAP upgrades (EHP, ..) from a technical perspective
• Deep understanding of the different phases of a brownfield conversion, he should be knowledgeable about terms like SUM, NZDT, Simplification Items, CVI, Retrofit,  etc.
• Ability to manage a cutover plan
• Having managed as manager on duty the execution of the cutover steps
• Good communication skills
• Clear and crisp communication of tasks
• Technical understanding behind the different cutover tasks
• Need to be available full time or 90% travelling to be in Dubai
