We are looking for an experienced SAP CX Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CX for Utilities and SAP IS -U integration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands -on experience in SAP CX

• Minimum 1–2 full -cycle SAP CX implementation projects for Utilities clients

• Strong experience in utility business processes such as Move -In / Move -Out

• Expertise in Automated Billing Inquiries, Complaints, Payments & Collections

• Experience with Outage Management processes

• Strong understanding of SAP IS -U integration

• Ability to gather business requirements and deliver end -to -end SAP CX solutions

• Strong stakeholder management and client -facing communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables
