Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Development Manager with a strong background in delivering SAP product development projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP S/4 HANA/BTP, Azure DevOps (ADO), and AGILE delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP Product Development: Deliver SAP product development projects with over 15 years of experience.

- Latest SAP Delivery Experience: Must have experience with the latest SAP delivery, specifically S/4 HANA/BTP.

- Azure DevOps: Proficient in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management and delivery.

- AGILE Delivery: Strong experience in AGILE delivery methodologies for SAP projects.

- FAO Domain Management: Over 12 years of experience managing delivery for large accounts in the FAO domain.

- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Procure to Pay and Record to Report processes.

- Transformation Programs: Hands-on experience in implementing transformation programs for clients, including RPA and AI initiatives.

- Technical and Business Skills: Ability to translate business needs into deliverable solutions, combining both business and technical skills.

- Software Proficiency: Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, innovative thinking, and the capability to identify niche areas of interest and ideate solutions and frameworks.

- Presales/Solution Support: Candidates with experience supporting Presales/Solution teams will have an added advantage.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: 15+ years in SAP product development and delivery.

- SAP Expertise: S/4 HANA/BTP expertise.

- Project Management: Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) and AGILE methodologies.

- FAO Domain: 12+ years managing large accounts in the FAO domain.

- Procure to Pay and Record to Report: Strong domain knowledge.

- Transformation Programs: Experience with RPA and AI.

- Technical Skills: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Software Proficiency: Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

- Innovative Thinking: Excellent interpersonal skills and innovative thinking.

- Presales/Solution Experience: Experience in supporting Presales/Solution teams is a plus.
