Job Title: SAP Document Reporting and Compliance (DRC) Consultant (S/4HANA)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Document Reporting and Compliance (DRC) Consultant with a strong background in e-invoicing implementations and functional expertise in customer billing within the SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing compliance and billing processes across multiple countries simultaneously, ensuring adherence to diverse regulatory requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions in a global context.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-Invoicing Implementation:
  

• Lead the design, implementation, and integration of e-invoicing functionality within the SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment for multiple countries 
  
• Ensure compliance with local and international e-invoicing regulations, adapting solutions to meet varying requirements across jurisdictions.
  

• SAP Functional Expertise:
  

• Provide functional expertise and manage testing in SAP S/4HANA modules related to customer billing (e.g., SD, FI) across different countries.
  
• Analyze and optimize billing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in a multi-country environment.
  

• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of DRC processes across multiple regions.
  
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to address compliance-related issues and ensure alignment with local regulations.
  

• Training and Support:
  

• Provide training and support to end-users on e-invoicing and SAP S/4HANA billing functionalities, tailored to the specific needs of different countries.
  
• Develop user documentation and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance understanding.
  

• Continuous Improvement:
  

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the DRC framework, considering the unique requirements of each country.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to e-invoicing and document compliance on a global scale.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 2 years of demonstrable experience in Document Reporting and Compliance.
  
• Strong experience with e-invoicing solutions. Must have implemented e-invoicing solutions for at least 2 countries
  
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA Cloud modules related to customer billing (SD, FI).
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  
• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are preferred.
