SAP Enable Now Functional Engineer

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Enable Now, Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP), enterprise learning solutions, or SAP application support.
  


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Education Technology, or a related field.
  


• Experience working in Application Management Services (AMS), production support, or post-go-live SAP support environments is preferred.
  


• Support SAP Enable Now activities for global SAP S/4HANA implementations and post-go-live application maintenance.
  


• Develop, maintain, and enhance SAP Enable Now learning assets, including simulations, guided tours, work instructions, process documentation, and in-application help.
  


• Provide functional support by managing incidents, service requests, defect resolution, and root cause analysis while meeting SLA commitments.
  


• Collaborate with Business Process Owners, key users, and project teams to ensure learning content remains aligned with evolving business processes.
  


• Perform impact analysis, testing, and validation of Enable Now content following system enhancements, releases, and deployments.
  


• Maintain content libraries, templates, documentation standards, and governance processes to ensure consistency and knowledge management.
  


• Monitor user feedback and application issues to improve digital adoption and user experience.
  


• Support user onboarding, training, knowledge transfer, and digital learning initiatives across SAP applications.
  


• Contribute to continuous improvement by providing functional guidance and promoting best practices for SAP Enable Now.
  


• Hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now or other Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) and enterprise learning solutions.
  


• Knowledge of creating and maintaining digital learning content, including simulations, guided tours, work instructions, and documentation.
  


• Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes and enterprise applications.
  


• Experience with application support, documentation, testing, training, and user adoption initiatives.
  


• Familiarity with content authoring tools, documentation standards, and digital learning methodologies.
  


• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration with enterprise applications.
  


• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  


• Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams while supporting multiple business functions.
  


• SAP Enable Now Certification.
  


• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects.
  


• Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.
  


• Experience with digital adoption strategies, knowledge management, and learning governance.
  


• Passion for continuous learning and improving user adoption through digital enablement solutions.
