Job Description - SAP EWM Functional Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Functional Consultant with strong enterprise‑scale implementation expertise. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and configuration knowledge of SAP EWM, hands‑on implementation experience, and the ability to work directly with clients and cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, and upgrades at an enterprise scale
Configure and enhance SAP EWM business processes and functionalities
Work closely with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, and external consultants
Support integration of SAP EWM with Manufacturing and other SAP modules
Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support
Conduct client‑facing discussions, workshops, and onsite visits
Collaborate effectively with internal functional, technical, and external teams
Ensure end‑to‑end process alignment from Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) perspectives

Required Experience & Skills

8–10 years of SAP experience with 4–5 SAP EWM implementations / rollouts / upgrades
Experience working with IT Consulting firms, System Integrators, or IT Product companies
Excellent functional and configuration knowledge of SAP EWM business processes
Hands‑on experience with SAP EWM basic configuration, including:
- IDoc setup
- tRFC / qRFC
- CIF integration
Strong understanding of Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) cycles
Experience implementing EWM processes using:
- Wave Management
- POSC / LOSC
Experience integrating Manufacturing processes with SAP EWM
Good understanding of end‑to‑end enterprise processes (O2C and P2P)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

Knowledge of EWM MFS (Material Flow System) functionality
Knowledge of Labor Management in EWM
Experience working on RF framework and RF enhancements
Prior client‑facing experience with direct site interactions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputed / premier institution
Postgraduate Diploma or MBA with specialization in Operations or IT (preferred)

Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Willingness to work onsite with clients as required

Job Title: SAP EWM Functional Consultant
Hiring Type: Contract – Full Time
Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience: 6 – 10 Years
Compensation: Up to 22 lacs per annum (depending on experience).
