| Job Description 1. Own end to end EWM rollout lifecycle: fitgap, solution design, build, test (SIT/UAT), cutover, hypercare. 2. Localize global EWM template for parts operations (inbound ASN, putaway, VAS/kitting, bin determination, crossdocking, stock determination, replenishment, wave/warehouse order creation, outbound picking/packing, carrier handover, returns). 3. Integrate with ECC/S/4 core (MM/SD), TM, and 3PL interfaces; enable RF, barcode, label printing, and Yard. 4. Lead workshops, manage stakeholders (Ops, Logistics, 3PLs), supervise functional/technical teams, and enforce rollout standards. 5. Define and track warehouse KPIs (Fill Rate, Pick Productivity, OTIF, Inventory Accuracy, DocktoStock Time). 6. Author project deliverables: BPML, FS/DS, test scripts, cutover plan, training. Required Experience and Skills: 1. Experience: 8–12+ years in SAP Supply Chain; 5+ years dedicated SAP EWM; 2–3 endtoend EWM golives including multisite rollouts. 2. Strong understading of EWM processes like Inbound/Outbound/Cross Docking/Kitting processes. 3. Hand on configuration in SAP EWM. Functional Depth (musthave): 1. Inbound: ASN, GR, deconsolidation, HU, putaway strategies, quality integration. 2. Internal: RF, wave mgmt, replenishment (fixed/bin type driven), physical inventory, stock type changes. 3. Outbound: Wave templates, WO creation rules, picking strategies (FIFO/FEFO, serial/batch), packing, PPF outputs, loading, carrier handover. 4. POSC/LOSC, WPT, PPF, HUs & Packaging Specs, Exception Codes, Activity Areas, Labor Management (if used). |
