Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Accounting to design, implement, and enhance solutions aligned with business requirements. The role involves resolving complex issues, supporting enterprise application integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions to meet business requirements.
  

• Develop and enhance custom software components within the SAP environment.
  

• Act as a subject matter expert, guide team members, and take responsibility for team decisions.
  

• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve issues and contribute to key technical decisions.
  

• Work with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs and organizational goals.
  

• Support integration between SAP FI and other enterprise applications.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues affecting existing solutions.
  

• Follow software development lifecycle practices and Agile methodologies.
  

• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and software quality.
  

• Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of total experience, including a minimum of 5 years in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
  

• Strong hands-on proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
  

• Experience across the software development lifecycle and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  

• Ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions.
  

• Familiarity with enterprise application integration techniques and tools.
  

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  

• Ability to work independently as a subject matter expert and guide team members.
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  

• 15 years of full-time education.
  

• Availability to work on-site in Gurugram.
  

• Immediate availability or a remaining notice period of up to 15 days.
