We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO modules with a deep understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation, configuration, and support of SAP FICO solutions that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain SAP FICO modules (FI – Financial Accounting, CO – Controlling) according to business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and provide solutions to optimize and enhance existing SAP FICO functionality.
• Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations and upgrades, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial and controlling needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Ensure accurate integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and HR.
• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and offer continuous improvements to SAP FICO processes.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss analysis, and cost center reporting.
• Document configurations, customizations, and functional specifications clearly and concisely.
• Provide training and user support for finance and accounting teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 to 14 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
• Proficient in configuring FI sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO sub-modules (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing).
• Deep understanding of financial processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of controlling processes including cost element accounting, profit center accounting, and internal order management.
• Experience in integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with business users and technical teams.
• Certification in SAP FICO is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
• Exposure to global SAP rollouts and working in a multi-country/multi-currency environment.
• Experience with tax configurations, withholding tax, and country-specific financial localizations.
• Basic ABAP debugging skills are an advantage.
