Job Description:
Overview:
The SAP FICO Lead (S/4HANA Greenfield) is responsible for leading the end -to -end design,
implementation, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI & CO) in a Greenfield environment,
establishing a future -ready finance architecture aligned with business transformation goals.
Page Industries is undertaking an S/4HANA implementation, and this role involves enabling best -practice
SAP S/4HANA capabilities while driving enterprise -wide finance process standardization and eliminating
legacy constraints.
1 Experience & Qualifications
ï· 10–12+ years of SAP FICO experience
ï· 2–3 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield preferred)
ï· Experience leading Finance workstream in large transformation programs
ï· Bachelor’s/master’s in finance / accounting / IT
ï· SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification – preferred
2 Key Responsibilities
1 Lead Greenfield S/4HANA Finance implementation from design â build â deploy â
hyper care
2 Finance Process Design
Design and implement S/4HANA finance processes across:
ï· Record -to -Report (R2R) – GL, Financial Close, Group Reporting
ï· Procure -to -Pay (P2P) – AP, Invoice Management
ï· Order -to -Cash (O2C) – AR, Credit Management
ï· Asset Accounting (FI -AA)
ï· Controlling (CO):
o Cost Centre Accounting (CCA)
o Profit Centre Accounting (PCA)
o Product Costing
o Profitability Analysis (CO -PA)
ï· Leverage S/4 innovations:
o Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
o Real -time reporting & analytics
o Embedded Fiori apps
3 Data Migration & Financial Data Model
1. Define data migration strategy (from legacy â S/4HANA)
2 Validate:
ï· Master Data (GL, Vendors, Customers, Assets)
ï· Open balances and historical data
3 Ensure data alignment with:
ï· MDG frameworks
ï· Single Source of Truth (SSOT) initiatives
ï· Support data cleansing and reconciliation activities before go -live
4 Integration with SAP & Non -SAP Systems
ï· Design integration with:
o SAP MM (Procurement)
o SD (Sales & Billing)
o PP (Manufacturing)
o External systems (banking, tax,)
ï· Ensure seamless financial postings across modules
5 Stakeholder & Governance Management
ï· Act as primary liaison between Finance leadership, IT, and Implementation partner
ï· Manage:
o Functional scope
o Change requests
o Solution validation
ï· Present design decisions and progress to leadership forums
6 Leadership & Governance
ï· Strong stakeholder communication (CFO / Finance Heads)
ï· Program / project management skills
ï· Vendor management (Implementation Partner
