Job Title: SAP FICO Senior Consultant

Location: Onshore – Hazira, Surat

Experience: 10+ years of overall SAP FICO experience

Overview

• Proven track record of delivering 12+ SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects.


• Extensive experience in large-scale upgrade programs and enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA FICO functional design, configuration, and deployment.


• Analyze existing system setups and enhance configurations and objects based on evolving business needs.


• Provide solution direction for complex FICO issues and ensure timely resolution.


• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams (ABAP, Basis) for successful delivery.


• Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, testing (including SIT, UAT), and cutover activities.


• Ensure end-to-end integration consistency across SAP modules and core business processes.

• Strong experience integrating FICO with other SAP modules, especially:




• Sales and Distribution (SD)


• Materials Management (MM)

Technical & Solutioning Capabilities

• Ability to analyze existing configurations and recommend enhancements.


• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for complex business scenarios.


• Experience collaborating with ABAP teams for functional specifications and enhancements.


• Exposure to large-scale upgrade and digital transformation programs.

Mandatory Requirements

• Hands-on experience with GST and India Taxation implementation.


• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.


• Ability to work in an on-site, client-facing role at Hazira location.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield migration projects.


• Exposure to RISE with SAP and digital transformation programs.


• Strong solutioning, documentation, and presentation capabilities.
