Job Description - SAP Functional Consultant PM Module

We are seeking a driven SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in the PM (Project Management) module to join our team.
You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing the SAP PM module to streamline our project management processes.
You will collaborate closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and utilization of the PM module for successful project execution.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand current business processes for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
Configure and customize the PM module to align with specific project management methodologies and best practices.

Set up and maintain project structures, including WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) elements, networks, and activities.
Define and manage project scheduling, including activity durations, dependencies, and resource assignments.
Manage project budgets, cost planning, and control processes within the PM module.

Implement project monitoring functionalities like tracking progress, identifying risks, and managing issues.
Configure project controlling reports and analyses to provide insights into project performance.

Provide ongoing support and training to project teams on PM functionalities.
Participate in PM -related project teams for implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within project management using the PM module.
Collaborate with ABAP developers to create custom solutions when standard functionalities are limited.

Stay up -to -date on the latest features and functionalities of the SAP PM module, including industry best practices.
Document configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SAP PM Functional Consultant
Strong understanding of project management concepts and methodologies (e.g., PMI framework)
In -depth knowledge of the functionalities and capabilities
