Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior-level SAP GRC – Process Control Lead with deep expertise in SAP GRC, Security, and Process Control. This leadership role will be pivotal in driving GRC frameworks, compliance controls, and process automation within a global SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  Lead the design, implementation, and management of SAP GRC Process Control solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to map business risks, controls, and reporting requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control modules.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure security design aligns with audit requirements and SoD principles.

  
  


• 
  

  Act as SME for internal and external audits; support remediation activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with cross-functional teams to automate and streamline risk mitigation processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Mentor and lead project teams or junior consultants.

  
  

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 
  

  10+ years of SAP experience with a focus on GRC, Process Control, and Security.

  
  


• 
  

  Expertise in SAP GRC Process Control 10.x/12.x, Access Control, and Risk Management.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working in compliance-heavy environments (SOX, GDPR, etc.).

  
  


• 
  

  Prior team management or project leadership experience is a plus.
