As a SAP GTS - Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for SAP compliance and security, focusing on confirming compliance and enhancing security within SAP applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement security measures, and offer guidance and support for compliance with regulatory standards. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, working within our SAP practice. You will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This opportunity allows you to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement security measures within SAP applications
- Providing guidance and support for compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
- Implementing software solutions and offering training for seamless integration of SAP systems
- Utilizing SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data
- Developing policies and guidelines to enhance compliance and governance frameworks
- Conducting compliance audits and reviews to validate adherence to industry regulations
- Managing corrective actions and remediation design to address compliance issues
- Leveraging SAP BW/4HANA for data analytics and operational performance management
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating the needs of teams and clients

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4-8 years of experience of working on the SAP GTS implementation projects 

·       Should have good written and oral communication skills

·       Implementation experience should be in version 7.0 upwards. GTS 10.0 would be a plus 

·       Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in the GTS module: 

o   GTS - Compliance Management 

o   GTS - Customs Management

o   GTS - Risk Management

o   GTS - Electronic Compliance Reporting

o   GTS Implementation with SAP R/3 ERP Backend system and Non SAP back end system 

·       Should have strong experience on SAP SD or MM as a secondary skill 

·       Must be a good team player

Familiarity on the basic business processes with the following Functional Areas: 

·       SAP SD

·       SAP MM

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: ·       Hands on experience in SAP SD or MM

·       Used Solution Manager in the implementation

·       Training / Awareness on NetWeaver Components

·       Team Leading Experience would be added advantage

·       Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with little technical knowledge
