We are hiring for an exciting opportunity with IBM for the role of Package Specialist – SAP HANA Basis.

Experience: 3 -5 years

? Experience Required:

â 4+ Years of Experience in SAP HANA Basis Administration

Mandatory Skills:

• SAP HANA Basis

• S/4HANA System Monitoring & Administration

• HANA DB Administration

• Alert Troubleshooting

• Cloud ALM

• SAP Marketplace Administration

• ITIL Processes (Incident, Change & Problem Management)

• Ticketing Tools – ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.

Alternate Skills:

• SAP Basis

• Solution Manager

• Cloud ALM

Good to Have:

• Azure Cloud Fundamentals

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage S/4HANA HANA system monitoring and administration

• Handle high -priority incidents (P1/P2) and coordinate with MIM teams

• Drive bridge meetings with vendors, clients, and stakeholders

• Troubleshoot alerts and ensure smooth SAP operations

• Collaborate with external customers regularly

Required Soft Skills:

â Excellent communication and written skills

â Strong stakeholder management experience

â Ability to work in high -pressure production support environments
