Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Benefits Configuration.
  
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Benefits Administration.
  
• Experience configuring benefit plans and Open Enrollment.
  
• Knowledge of Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, and Savings Plans.
  
• Experience with PA40 Personnel Actions and Benefits Infotypes.
  
• Hands-on experience working with ABAP teams for custom developments.
  
• Exposure to OData and Fiori services.
  
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production support.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
