SAP HCM Senior Consultant

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM with 5+years of expertise in configuring and customizing SAP BIB Replication between SF EWC and S4 HANA modules. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong functional expertise, team leadership capabilities, and a proven record in managing end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and BIB Replication and support projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive integration related activities between SuccessFactors EC & S4 HANA primarily related to master data replication between both systems.


• Provide integration expertise in BTP CPI and configuration in SAP S4 system.


• Work individually and have good knowledge on logs and monitoring activity in SAP S4 Hana such as SLG1, SRTUTIL.


• Understanding the BIB configuration and Value mapping in S4 Hana.


• Analyse day to day replication jobs for error resolution. Skills included ABAP debugging, using SPRO t-Code, SCPI Integration & basic functional knowledge on Employee Central


• Coordinate closely with the Data Management, Payroll & Finance teams to ensure the data errors are resolved and the data is in sync between EC & SAP ECC


• Frequent data comparison activities between EC, SAP S4 to ensure accuracy of data between systems.


• Understand and analyse integration requirements and apply best practice methods.


• Integration testing & handling of integration incidents and development requests


• HELP EC team to understand the field mapping.


• Understand the concept of WAGETYPE Configuration and Time Data Configuration.

Additional Responsibilities

 

• Provide leadership and expert knowledge of BIB technology in building best integrations between EC & S4HANA systems while adhering to best practices and quality standards.


• Collaborate with Architects from EC & S4 HANA team to design & develop the BIB integration as per the required needs.


• Create and maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams supporting and communicating changes to SuccessFactors platform applications.


• Creating project and application architecture deliverables that are consistent with architecture principles, standards, methodologies, and best practices.


• Providing support / guidance to the development teams during the analysis, development, and testing processes.


• Participate in E2E functionality assessment during Validation Testing phases (SIT, UAT)


• Experience with technical programming; capable of managing and overseeing global teams designing, programming, and implementing various technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


• 4-6 years of industry experience, in configuring and delivering BIB products & SAP HCM module.


• SAP BiB (Business Integration Builder)


• SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 platforms


• SAP SuccessFactors EC Basic Knowledge


• SAP HR ABAP for analyzing technical issues.


• SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
