Requirements

Required Skills

• 5–10+ years of experience in SAP Payroll.
  
• Strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll processes and testing.
  
• Hands-on experience with Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Retro Payroll, and Payroll Validation.
  
• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and payroll-related developments.
  
• Knowledge of SAP test automation tools such as TOSCA or equivalent.
  
• Experience in Regression Testing, SIT, UAT, and Defect Management.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
