Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive SAP HR & SD Expert with 4 to 6 years of hands-on technical and functional experience in SAP R/3 and S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in Master Data Management for both Consumers (Customers) and Coworkers (Employees), along with a track record of participating in global SAP migrations, rollouts, and enterprise integration projects.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional and international teams to drive system migration from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA, configure core HR and SD modules, manage high-volume data distributions, and deliver operational support.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Activities

1. SAP Migration & Rollout Support

• S/4HANA Transition: Actively participate in global rollout and migration activities from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA, specifically focusing on Consumer and Coworker Master Data.


• Requirements Gathering: Engage in roll-in alignment meetings with international business stakeholders to capture, evaluate, and translate country-specific requirements into functional specifications.


• System Build & Setup: Execute system build-ups for consumer data distribution in S/4HANA aligned with new Sales Organizations, Distribution Channels, and Company Codes.

2. Master Data Management & Integration

• Customizing & Configuration: Perform end-to-end standard customizing and functional configuration in SAP SD and HR modules to accommodate organizational changes.


• Mass Data Distribution: Manage and execute massive data transfers and object synchronization using IDocs, ensuring high data accuracy across systems.


• Interface Monitoring: Actively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services in compliance with company guidelines and SLAs.

3. Application Support & Incident Management

• L2/L3 Operational Support: Address and resolve user-generated incidents, service requests, and standard operational issues in a timely and structured manner.


• Root Cause Analysis: Provide permanent solutions and guidelines for recurring master data and interface errors in collaboration with business contacts.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.


• Experience: 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP functional consulting, configuration, and support.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• SAP Modules: In-depth knowledge and functional expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP HR (Human Resources) across both SAP R/3 and S/4HANA.


• Master Data Management: Proven track record in managing Consumer/Customer and Coworker/Employee master data objects.


• Integration Technologies: Strong understanding of enterprise interfaces, including IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services.


• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Development & Debugging: Basic ABAP development skills, specifically technical debugging, to trace, analyze, and resolve interface and data issues.
