This role combines functional expertise, system ownership, and change delivery to support business continuity and transformation within supply chain management.\n\n## What you will do\n\n### \n\n * Provide expert second\u2011level functional support for SAP IBP and associated supply chain management tools across demand, supply, inventory, and replenishment processes.\n * Drive end\u2011to\u2011end delivery of system and process changes, covering requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post\u2011implementation support.\n * Analyse incidents and defects, identify root causes, and implement sustainable system and process improvements.\n * Manage testing activities, including optimisation and maintenance of test scripts to ensure quality and accuracy.\n * Support business users and super users through training, knowledge sharing, and operational guidance.\n * Lead or contribute to migration, integration, and onboarding initiatives involving customers, suppliers, or third\u2011party systems.\n * Oversee third\u2011party suppliers to ensure effective delivery of system changes and ongoing maintenance.\n * Establish and maintain a structured change management and business\u2011as\u2011usual support framework for supply chain tools.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n### \n\n * A subject matter expert in SAP Integrated Business Planning and supply chain management tools.\n * Experienced across SAP IBP for demand, supply, inventory, demand\u2011driven replenishment, and supply chain control tower solutions.\n * Skilled in change management, testing, documentation, and structured problem solving.\n * Analytical, detail\u2011oriented, and confident working with complex, cross\u2011functional processes.\n * Comfortable collaborating with global stakeholders and supporting shared service environments.\n * Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non\u2011technical audiences.\n\n\n\n## Not a Perfect Fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
