Role: SAP IS-U Device Management Consultant

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Device Management (DM) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise to manage daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and support business-critical IS-U DM processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day SAP IS-U DM operations and troubleshooting

• Provide effective workarounds while RCA is in progress

• Monitor and manage SAP batch jobs and scheduling

• Handle incidents and support issue resolution within defined SLAs

• Understand IS-U DM integration with other SAP modules and external systems

• Identify and recommend process improvements

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure operational goals are met

• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Communicate effectively with technical and business teams

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong hands-on experience in SAP IS-U Device Management

Strong troubleshooting and production support experience

Knowledge of SAP batch jobs & scheduling

Understanding of SAP IS-U DM integrations

Strong Incident Management exposure/awareness

Good RCA and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
