Job Description: SAP Full Stack Developer

Your key responsibilities:

• Customer orientation with a strong focus on quality.
• Knowledge in the following areas is beneficial: SCP (SAP Cloud Platform), CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), Cloud Foundry, SAP Gateway.
• Good communication skills.
• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
• Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team. Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain applications built on SAP technologies.
• Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates, and work plans.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Strong technical competency in designing, developing, and debugging solutions.
• Strong knowledge of one or more of: SQL, C++, HTML, CGI, and JavaScript.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA with an aggregate score of 70% or above from IIT/NIT/any tier 1 Institute preferred.
• 5 to 9 years’ experience in Full Stack Development (including: NodeJS, ExpressJS, REST APIs, RDBMS/NoSQL Databases).
• Experience in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS or React.
• Expertise in these areas: CAPM (MUST), SAPUI5 and FIORI APPS extension/configurations, Web IDE / Eclipse tool to develop Fiori applications, JavaScript/jQuery to write functions, Good knowledge of MVC framework.
• Front end technologies overview.
• Experience in OData/Rest protocols.
• Should have experience in Developing HANA OData Services, XSJS, etc.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Strong analytical capabilities and logical skills, Solution designing experience is a must.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Good understanding of agile methodology and scrum processes.
