Job Description & Summary

Years of Experience:** Senior Associate minimum 5–8 years of experience

• Experience in handling historical data migration.
• Experience in reporting tools such as Plateau Report Designer (PRD), Online Report Designer (ORD), and Adhoc reporting, etc.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Learning System
• - Must have worked on requisition workflow configuration, approval processes, offer approval workflows, candidate communication templates, email triggers, and recruiting dashboards/reporting
• - Experience with Smart Recruiter features including AI-powered candidate matching, automated screening questions, interview self-scheduling, and candidate experience optimization
• - Must have experience configuring Recruiting posting channels (job boards, LinkedIn, internal postings, agency portals) and managing third-party job distribution integrations
• - Experience in Offer Management configuration including offer letter template design, approval workflows, compensation mapping, and e-signature integration (e.g., DocuSign)
• - Must have excellent knowledge of XML for recruiting template configuration and data model customization
• - Must have experience in reporting within Recruiting module including requisition analytics, time-to-fill metrics, candidate pipeline reports, source effectiveness, and diversity reporting

Good to Have Skills

• - Should be good in team handling and mentoring junior consultants
• - Knowledge on Extension Center for extending recruiting functionalities
• - Exposure to set up standard third-party integrations using Integration Center (e.g., background check vendors, assessment tools, HRIS systems, job board integrations)
• - Experience in configuring Onboarding 2.0 integration with Recruiting for seamless candidate-to-employee transition
• - Knowledge of Interview Central / Interview Management configuration
• - Experience with Career Site Builder (CSB) for employer branding and custom career page design
• - Familiarity with candidate data migration from legacy ATS systems to SuccessFactors Recruiting
• - Understanding of compliance reporting requirements (EEO, OFCCP, GDPR) within recruiting context
• - Experience with advanced analytics and People Analytics (Stories/Canvas) for recruiting dashboards
• - Knowledge of MDF-based recruiting objects and custom fields configuration
• - Exposure to Agency Portal setup and management for external recruiter collaboration
• - Experience with SMS/WhatsApp candidate communication integrations and chatbot configurations
