Lead Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\u0101taka (IN-KA), India (IN).\n\nJob Title: SAP MM Lead\n\nExperience Required: 10+ Years in SAP MM\n\nJob Summary:\n\nWe are seeking a seasoned SAP MM Lead with over 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management. The ideal candidate will lead SAP MM implementation and support projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements across procurement and inventory management functions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Lead end-to-end SAP MM implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.\n * Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions.\n * Configure SAP MM modules including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation, and Invoice Verification.\n * Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, logistics, and finance to optimize supply chain processes.\n * Manage integration points with other SAP modules (SD, WM, FI, etc.).\n * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.\n * Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\n * Ensure documentation of functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.\n * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.\n\n\n\nRequired Skills \u0026 Qualifications:\n\n * Minimum 10 years of SAP MM experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.\n * Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor management.\n * Proficiency in SAP MM configuration and customization.\n * Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.\n * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n * Ability to lead teams and manage client expectations effectively.\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; SAP certification is a plus.\n\n\n\nPreferred Attributes:\n\n * Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.\n * Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
